My passion with dancing was sparked in 2008 with The University of Akron Ballroom Dance Club. I learned Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, East-Coast Swing, Tango, Mambo, Rumba, Cha-cha, Merengue, Salsa, and Bachata.

I danced on The University of Akron Ballroom Competition Team for one year. While I did enjoy ballroom I fell in love with blues dancing at Steel City Blues 2010 in Pittsburgh. I took a break from dancing for two years but re-ignited my passion for dancing once again at Steel City Blues 2012! Since then I have been dancing around Cleveland, country, and the world. I have been keeping a list of events I am attending here. You can see where I have dance, taught, and DJed on my Past Travels page.

Not sure what Blues Dancing is? I made a Blog Post about it (gotta love self promotion!). And here is a YouTube Playlist with some dancing and some tutorials!

My passion for dance has continued to grow through the years. I've been developing my skills as a DJ and continue to find and share more music with other dancers, keeping them moving on the dance floor.

Another style of dance that I have been exploring and sharing with others, is Micro Dance! While it is a tiny movement (pun intended) currently, it has captured me and I am excited to spread the word. I have been gathering information about the style and look forward to sharing it with you all!
